Where do you ship from?

You may noticed some of our products have the FULFILMENT BY AMAZON logo on the page, that means we have stocks of that item in amazon warehouses, and they will be arranged and sent out using Amazon delivery service, in SPECIFIC COUNTRIES including America, Japan and most of EU countries. If your address is not included, we ship the items from China via DHL, UPS, FedEx or China Post per customer’s request, it takes different time according to the carrier you choose. How long does shipping take?

Different carriers have different requirements for transportation time, we have cooperation with DHL, FedEx, eEMS,, ePacket, UPS ect.

How about the quality of monitor?

Our company is the main manufacturer of monitors in China over 10 years, have a outstanding R&D team, including hardware engineers, soft ware engineers, etc. We have acquired FCC/CE/ROHS certification, we do rigorous test on all products to make sure each monitor can gone through test, make sure each customer can get a perfect monitor.

We do not share your information with any 3rd parties. The only information we use is your shipping address to ship your order and contact you if necessary. Payment information is never stored on our website.
